A police team name should make the group's function clearer, not turn public safety work into an action-movie slogan.
These ideas focus on real unit, training, station, outreach, and community functions, with respectful wording suitable for public-service settings.

What I would choose
I'd use Community Response Team for an informal internal group. Official units and public-facing programs should use department-approved terminology and naming policies rather than an invented label that could imply authority or function the group does not have.
